Applicability
Properties inside designated Tier-1 catastrophe counties along the Texas Gulf Coast. Confirm jurisdiction before scheduling.
Documentation map
Structural drawings, product approval letters, prior WPI-8 or equivalent filings, and any windstorm repair history.
Field walk sequence
Roof first, then envelope, then openings. Record fastener patterns with scale references and note any post-storm repairs.
Review workflow
All WPI-8-adjacent findings are PE-gated in FCCIS. The platform cannot advance a report to issued until engineer signoff.
