Production: streams audio to VAPI with the senior-auditor prompt and streams structured observations back. Here we latch a sample transcript so the UI and compliance engine behave identically.

    Observed spall approximately 250 mm wide exposing corroded reinforcing bar at slab edge. Section loss on exposed bar visually estimated at 10-15%. Surrounding concrete shows chloride staining consistent with coastal exposure.
